We have an exciting opportunity for a Call Center experience professionals to join our fast expanding team, based from their own home, or remote office.
The role will involve
Building relationships with our brands & customers.
Using Daily Phone Calls to offer our Services
Communicating with customers via email & telephone.
Problem solving & using initiative to resolve customer issues & provide an exceptional service.
Continuously keeping up with product knowledge
Processing Orders
Requirements
Must haves
A strong passion for excellent customer service.
Great telephone manners
Excellent speaking skills – perfect spelling & grammar is imperative.
The ability to manage your workload to hit targets without supervision.
A realistic understanding that this role can be very full on and requires full commitment when on shift.
